Starting with year 2020, ISM – IT Security Master program has the model of the board management with a colleagues and stakeholders from university and industry from the ACS – Applied Computer Science and Advanced Cyber Security team – www.acs.ase.ro/acs-team
The decisions are the results of the brainstorming of the board and the responsible for reporting to the Head of DEIC Department for the academic activities are the following:
Cristian TOMA Ph.D. was the head of ISM – IT&C Security Master, starting with Oct. 2012. Between Oct. 2005 and Oct. 2012, he has been involved as the scientific secretary for this master program. He has graduated from the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics, Economic Informatics bachelor programme, within University of Economic Studies Bucharest in 2003. He has graduated from the BRIE master program (Germany-Romania-Bulgaria) in 2005 and PhD stage in 2008. In present, he is associated professor at Economic Informatics Department and he is involved in IT | CyberSecurity master program. His research areas are in: distributed and parallel computing, mobile applications, smart card programming, e-business and e-payment systems, network security, computer anti-viruses and viruses, secure web technologies and computational cryptography. He is teaching assembly language, object oriented programming, data structures, distributed applications development and advanced programming languages within www.dice.ase.ro | www.csie.ase.ro. Catalin BOJA Ph.D. is professor within Department of Economic Informatics and Cybernetics / Computer Science Department, Faculty of C.S.I.E/C.S.E.I, @ The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. In period October 2011 – October 2019, he was the Head of the D.I.C.E / D.E.I.C, and in April 2008 he has received, from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, his Ph.D. diploma in the Cybernetics and Statistics field with a paper on Software Optimization. In 2004, he has graduated from the Informatics Project Management Master program, organised by the University of Economic Studies of Bucharest. He is a team member in various undergoing university research projects where he applied most of his project management knowledge. Also he has received a type D IPMA certification in project management from Romanian Project Management Association which is partner of the IPMA organisation. He is the author of more than 70 journal articles and scientific presentations at national and international conferences.
His work focuses on the analysis of data structures, assembler, high level programming languages and improvement of software applications performance.

Scientific and Technical Secretary Chairs of ISM – IT&C Security Master – Securitatea Informatica
Mihai DOINEA Ph.D. is the scientific secretary starting with Oct. 2012. His work as a software programmer had permitted him to understand and synthesise better the requirements for completing a full software operation cycle. The knowledge gained from private sector along with the assets received in school had put the basis of a scholar profile that teaches students computer science disciplines and give reliable directions to develop their carrier. The IT&C Security Master graduated in 2008 motivated him to focus on a computer science area that involves all kind of technologies in all kind of domains, because of its intrinsic characteristic: security is present in each aspect of computer’s processes. His PhD diploma, defended on September 2011, is a recognised statement that all the research involved in his years of doctoral stage, in which he published more than 40 papers in international scientific journals and conferences, has credit and the work has been validated by the scientific community. Besides his academic activities he is also involved in a number of projects in private industry with topics related to security, databases, embedded systems and multimedia within www.dice.ase.ro | www.csie.ase.ro. Honorary Chair of ISM – IT&C Security Master – Securitatea Informatica
Prof. Ion IVAN Ph.D. is the honorary head of ISM – IT&C Security Master, starting with Oct. 2012. Between Oct. 2005 and Oct. 2012, he has been involved as head of this master program. He has graduated from the Faculty of Economic Computation and Economic Cybernetics in 1970. He holds a PhD diploma in Economis from 1978 and he had gone through all didactic positions since 1970 when he joined the staff of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, teaching assistant in 1970, senior lecturer in 1978, assistant professor in 1991 and full professor in 1993. Currently he is full Professor of Economic Informatics within the Department of Computer Science in Economics at Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics from the Academy of Economic Studies. He is the author of more than 25 books and over 75 journal articles in the field of software quality management, software metrics and informatics audit. His work focuses on the analysis of quality of software applications.
